Bron has a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Sciene and participates in the quarterly post-graduate seminars of the Georgetown Family Center, Washington, D.C., for continued growth and understanding of the dynamics that influence the way people interact with one another. In recent years she has been teaching "Human Relations in the Workplace" at North Seattle Community College. Bron has been a speaker at the Pacific Northwest Organziational Development Network and the Georgetown Family Center.

Bron has held management positions with International Advisory Services, The Foundation for International Understanding through Students at the University of Washington, New England Mutual Life Insurance Company, The Bell System Center for Technical Education, Illinois Bell, Hawaiin Telephone Company and First Hawaiian Bank.
