Specific actions for the three remaining spheres: Interpersonal, Team, and Organizational Leadership

Thanks for the feedback on the last article of tips for how you can improve your leadership in the Personal Sphere and the Knowledge Sphere of Side by Side Leadership®. I appreciate your valuable feedback and hope to hear more from each of you.

As the Fall of 2002 begins, there are many reasons to be anxious and frustrated. Some parts of the economy are at the lowest levels in twenty years. There is the threat of war and continued terrorist activity.

On the bright side of things, though, the world has the most educated and trained people that have ever lived. Abundant scientific, as well as practical knowledge, is only a fingertip away. Individuals in many organizations have learned how to work together in cooperative, coordinated, and creative ways to achieve breakthrough results.

The one missing ingredient in the road to rapid economic recovery and a more peaceful world is still good leadership. Side by Side Leadership is a new way to think about and improve leadership at all levels of organizations and society.

Side by Side Leadership found that there was no one single way to lead, but instead, five spheres of leadership. This article now will present some of the research-based tips on how to improve your leadership in the Interpersonal, Team, and Organizational Spheres.

Specific Actions to Improve Your Side by Side Interpersonal Leadership:
